2 LB Pig Brains
2 LB Limburger Cheese
4 TBS cooking oil

Mix the brains and cheese up with a electric beater, hands or a fork until you get a smooth consistency.
Take the mixed ingredients and place in a 5 gallon bucket or smaller with tiny holes in the lid to allow gasses to escape as the bait ripens for 12-14 days in the sun. Place the dip bait in to mason jars half full to allow possible further expansion from heat.

Be very careful not to get this bait on you when fishing, it will stick and the oil in it will just spread it further when trying to wipe it off.
