(1) 2 Pkg's of any brand of hotdogs
(2) 3 TBLSP of Garlic Powder
(3) 1 little tub of chicken livers with blood
Take the hotdogs and slice them into ½" to 1" thick round slices into a air tight container you will be using for storage. Add the garlic powder and all the blood from the chicken livers. Stir well and let sit in the refrigerator for 3-4 days to a week to really let the blood and garlic set in to the hotdogs. Then your ready to fish for those mud and channel cats. This stuff will work and you can fry up the livers for your self. :^)
