Catch and release at Molas Lake!
After spending a couple of weeks hiking and camping in the Colorado Mountains, Me and my brother-in-law Ron Mcgowen decided to head up to Molas Lake Colorado. The lake is located between Durango and Silverton Colorado. It's one of the most Beautiful Places I have ever fished. We stayed in one of the cabins we rented for several days and fished every day till dark. I must add we caught over 100+ brook trout in the time we were there and successfully released each and every one with out even a single fatality. If you plan on heading out to Molas Lake, then I would sagest that you bring warm cloths just in case. We were there in June and at night, it was still very cold at that altitude.
